METHOD FOR COMPLEX ARREST OF BLEEDING IN CESAREAN SECTION

A method for the complex arrest of the bleeding in Cesarean section comprises laparotomy, the removal of the fetus and intravenous administration of uterotonic drug followed by suturing. For incising the tissue along the postoperative cicatrix, the radio wave broadband scalpel with hemostatic effect is used. Following the incision of the wall of uterus and the removal of fetus, 100 µg of Carbetocin is administered intravenously. The cut in uterus is sutured. The bleeding in the area of the suture of soft tissues and uterus is arrested with the aid of the argon plasma flare in Fulgur mode (the forced deep coagulation), while in the area of the aponeurosis suture and at the edge of the incision in the subcutaneous tissue Spray mode is used representing soft gradual argon plasma coagulation, the duration of the treatment is 3-5 s.
