A method for automatic control of tomato juice pasteurization process comprises measuring and regulating the temperature of tomato juice pasteurization in a pasteurization section, measuring and regulating the temperature of cooling the tomato juice in a cooling section, compensating the effect of pasteurization temperature in a pasteurization section on the juice temperature in the cooling section. In addition, a delay in a control channel is additionally compensated by means of introducing a Smiths preventer, and in a channel of cooling the tomato juice a neural regulator is used.
