METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF ACUTE PURULENT CHOLANGITIS AND BILIARY SEPSIS

A method for simulation of acute purulent cholangitis and biliary sepsis involves placing capron thread under distal part portion of common bile duct and injection of 0.1 ml of E. Coli microbial suspension to the bile duct lumen. The traumatization of choledoch mucosa epithelium is conducted by syringe needle, and choledoch ligation is performed above the place of injection at the moment of needle removal from the duct.
