A method for treating ischemia of the lower limbs comprises the isolation of the autologous multipotent mesenchimal stromal cells from the red bone marrow and the culture of the isolated cells in the nutrient medium. The cells (5 × 2.5 mL) are then injected at the different sites of the leg (six injections).
