A method for assessing the effectiveness of treatment with aranidypin of patients with coronary heart disease with angina and hypertension comprises the comparison of patients before and after treatment. Before treatment with aranidypin the patient at rest, 5 ml of blood is sampled from the cubital vein and the properties of liquid blood are determined by measuring the viscosity of blood on the rotary viscometer at different shear stresses from 0.02 to 8.8 dyn/cmdyn/cmafter treatment with aranidypin with sampling 5 ml of blood from the cubital vein and similar research is performed. If blood viscosity at shear stress 0.3 dyn/cmdecrease by 7.1% compared with the voltage of treatment, the hemorheological results and antianginal effect are assessed as positive.
