A method for the determination of retained strength of aircraft structure in flight wherein one measures overloads in the aircraft mass center, at the end and middle sections of the wing, at the end sections of stabilizer and keel, by value of that conclusion is made on load and defectiveness of the structure. The values of overloads measured in the aircraft mass center and at the ends of the wing are summed. One determines the real frequency of natural/autoresonance vibrations of the wing by absolute value of total value of overload. One determines the position of the real frequency of natural/autoresonance vibrations within the frequency range of natural/autoresonance vibrations and corresponding to those destructive loads, determined preliminarily on earth for numerous damaged states of a same wing.
