METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF POLYPHENOL COMPLEX WITH ANTIMICROBIAL, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY AND ANTI-OXIDANT ACTION

A method for the preparation of polyphenol complex with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant action provides for at least triple extraction of plant raw material with 50% ethyl alcohol in a ratio of raw material : extractant as 1:(9-11) for 13-15 hours , thereafter the raw material is additionally washed with extractant, all extracts are combined with further boiling-down of the prepared extract up to removal of extractant, filtration and drying. Avens (Geum urbanum) rhizomes are used as a plant raw material.
