The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method of surgical treatment of bleeding ulcer of pyloroduodenal zone posterior wall. The method consists in tamponade formation along whole ulcer perimeter with upper free flap of gastropyloroduodenal wound by gradual inverting with fixation of flap serous membrane to the ulcer bottom and periphery followed by formation of gastropylorodyodenal anastomosis.
