METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RELAPSE OF ULCER HEMORRHAGES OF pyloroduodenal ZONE

A method for prediction of relapse of ulcer hemorrhages of pyloroduodenal zone includes determination of endoscopic characteristics, in particular dimension of ulcer defect and state of hemostasis in ulcer, clinical characteristics, in particular the level of hemorrhage and age of patient, attribution to each of those variables of respective number of scores depending on manifestation of those, adding the scores and evaluation of risk of ulcer hemorrhage coming to existence (low- medium, high). Additionally one determines laboratory characteristics, in particular pepsinogene-1, pepsinogene-2, gastrin, antibodies Ig G to Helicobacter pylori, alpha-cell tumor necrosis factor, characteristics of coagulogram: prothrombin index, prothrombin time, activated recalcification time, auto-coagulogram, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen, thrombocytes, coagulation time and duration of hemorrhage, at that as endoscopic characteristics one additionally determines localization of ulcer, and as clinical characteristics one additionally determines arterial pressure, frequency of cardiac beats, presence of vomit, melena, ulcer anamnesis, concurrent diseases, deficiency of blood volume, use of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs, anticoagulants or steroids during the last month.
