The invention relates to biology, pharmacy and medicine, in particular to use of N-stearoyl ethanolamine (NSE) as agent for complex therapy and prevention of male reproductive system disorders wherein in pathogenesis and therapeutic regimens testicular structure and function disorders are developed and testosterone level is decreased.
