The invention relates to medicine, namely to compositions used in orthopedics for substituting the areas of the injured bones and in dentistry for filling microcanals in the teeth. A hydrogel calcium phosphate nanocomposite contains three-dimensional mesh of hydrogel matrix produced as a result of copolymerization of acryl monomers (acrylamide, acrylonitrile) with bifunctional cross-linking monomer N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide. The pores of the matrix 5-100 nm in size contain nanoparticles of hydroxylapatite and calcium phosphate compounds possessing high reactivity.
