The invention relates to agriculture, intended for recultivation of polluted by cations of heavy metals and radionuclides of territories, and also barren soils. The ground composition for technogenically polluted and barren soils of droughty territories, containing hydrothermally modified natural zeolite, aqueous solution of organo-mineral fertilizer with fertilizer content of NPK-compounds and additionally contains expanded perlite, and the mixture of hydrothermally modified natural zeolite and expanded perlite is impregnated by phytohormone based on humic compounds.
