A laser light source (11) includes a plurality of laser devices (12) which are each in the form of semiconductor lasers, in particular quantum cascade lasers (QCL), formed with an annular DFB architecture; in each ring DFB a unit located in a substrate laser medium an interference grating (14) is associated with at least which is annularly closed and structured transversely to the circumferential direction having a predetermined grating period. The laser devices are located on a common substrate in a two-dimensional array arrangement in which the interference grating (14) of laser devices have different grating periods.
