SURFACE TREATMENT PLANT WITH A HUB STATION, AND HUBSTATION WITH NONCYLINDRICAL GUIDE ROLLERS

The installation has a hub station with a lifting slide that supports guide rollers (64, 66, 68, 70) at a supporting structure, where the rollers adjoin at two points at guide posts. One of the rollers has a non-cylindrical form for obtaining guide direction, where the guide direction deviates from a radial direction. The form of the roller is described by rotation of a curved radial contour about a rotational axis of the roller. An independent claim is also included for a lifting station for vertical movement of an object e.g. vehicle body.
