The machine has a base plate (1) whose back part is fastened with an unwinding unit (2) for a film (F) and front part is fastened with a motorized tension unit (3) for the film. A unit (8) for heat sealing and partial truncation of the film is formed from the base plate. An intermediary deflecting unit (12) for the film is fastened at the base plate to supply the deflecting unit above from the coil of the tension unit. The deflecting unit has a gate-like support (15) projecting from base plate. The unit for heat sealing and partial truncation encloses a fixed head (9) and a mobile head (10).
