摘要

System for the optimization of electricity consumption in rail networks. # The System proposed by the invention allows to take advantage of the energy generated during the braking maneuvers of one train for the start-up of another, synchronizing both maneuvers. For this, it is planned that the catenary will be partitioned into different sections (3) that feed the different trains, sections that are related to each other and to the power supply network through power cables (6), with interposition of respective controlled switches (4). Along the course of the trains, position sensors (5) are established for them, so that through a computerized control system (1), a section of power is connected electrically through the controlled switches (4) a catenary (3) in which a train is performing a braking maneuver with another section of catenary (3) in which a train needs energy, in order to achieve that the energy generated in the braking maneuvers of the first train can be used for the propulsion of the second, being able to achieve energy savings of up to 50 and 70%.
