Safety device for medical personnel of ambulances, comprising a guide (2) fixed to the ceiling and a carriage (11) with safety straps (25) attached by harness to health, existing brake system, collision or sudden stop, shoots preventing movement of the carriage (11). The guide (2) are two upper platens (3) and lower (4), slot (5) integrally joined by longitudinal central vertical segments (6) and interiorly includes a slotted bar (8). The carriage (11) has wheels (12) and runs resting on the bottom plate (4) comprises a tube (14) therein, through which passes the slotted bar (8), two lower openings (15), by partially emerges to allow nailed to it the brake plates (18), hanging, fixed to the carriage (11) protruding inferiorly from the groove (5) of the bottom plate (4).
