Use of a derivative of tumor-associated antigen from the MAGE family comprising residues thiol derivatives for the manufacture of a vaccine for treating immunotherapeutically to a patient suffering from a tumor associated MAGE, wherein the tumor associated MAGE selected from breast, bladder cancer, lung cancer, lung carcinoma non small cell (NSCLC), squamous cell carcinoma of head and, colon carcinoma and esophagus carcinoma cancer.
