Antisense nucleic acid capable of hybridizing with a nucleic acid encoding a CRMP protein, or anti-CRMP antibody, for use in the treatment of a pathology that involves a dysfunction of the T lymphocytes, said pathology being selected from: - the diseases of prions; - demyelinating neuroinflammatory diseases; and - plaque sclerosis.
