Method of manufacturing a package containing an individual dose of a liquid or viscous or powdered product, comprising the following steps: - the step of unrolling continuously a first film, or lower film; - the step of simultaneously unwinding a second film, or upper film, in front of the lower film; - the step of continuously distributing the product between the two films before being packaged, without forming individual doses of previously separated product; - the step of simultaneously forming and sealing the contour of each package, so that it is hermetically sealed, by ultrasonic welding, this welding being performed so that the ultrasound expel the product from the areas before being welded towards the areas of packaging.
