Flow bioreactor for cell culture, which allows the realization of cell cultures long lasting controlled flow and temperature conditions. Comprising an incubator (1), with one or more through holes in its walls, each of which is passed a shaft (4, 5) being sealed passage of each axle by joints feedthrough seal (15, 16) . Each shaft (4, 5) is driven by one of its ends by a motor (6, 7), placed outside the incubator and regulated by an electronic control system, while the inner end is designed to be engageable thereon a actuator (8, 20), allowing the momentum of a fluid within a circuit receptacle provided in culture (14) of the incubator (1). Each circuit has a chamber (12, 17) which support scaffolds for cell culture are housed.
