A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) an active pharmaceutical ingredient ( "IFA"); and (b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; wherein the IFA consists of: (i) levocabastine or a salt or pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof; or (ii) levocabastine and an additional H1 receptor antagonist, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof; for use in the treatment or control of a disease, condition or inflammatory ocular disorder in a patient, wherein said disease, condition or selected condition among the group consisting of xerophthalmia, anterior uveitis, iritis, iridocyclitis, keratitis, corneal ulcer, edema corneal infiltrates sterile corneal anterior scleritis, episcleritis, blepharitis, ocular postoperative inflammation (or postsurgical), posterior segment diseases that have an inflammatory etiology, inflammatory sequelae of infection and combinations thereof.
