Process for the extraction of substances contained in plant material, comprising the steps (a) Shredding of the plant material in a shredded plant material forming a solid phase, (b) Malaxing the shredded plant material with a transport liquid obtaining a solid phase and a liquid phase, (c) without pressure dragging the solid phase and the liquid phase into a reaction chamber, (d) transporting the solid phase and the liquid phase through the reaction chamber acting with the simultaneous non-contact action of energy for the extraction of substances contained from the plant material, and (e) evacuation aided by suction of the solid phase and the liquid phase containing the extracted substances, the liquid phase being evacuated from the chamber of action by the suction of an element suction and solid phase by means of a transport element mechanically acting on it.
