A single-use device for analyzing a body fluid, especially for blood sugar tests which device comprises a container (16) which can be inserted in a measuring device (10), a sampling element (28) provided in the container to pierce the skin of a part of the body and obtain a sample of body fluid, and a test element (30), for the reception of the body fluid obtained in the perforation of the skin, where the test element is fixed in a retention chamber (26) of the container, characterized in that, the sampling element is configured in the same retention chamber, so that: - it is separated at a certain distance from the test element forming a free space (38) between the sampling element and the test element, in an initial state, and - is in contact with the test element for the transfer of body fluid in a transfer state, after perforation of the to skin when the sampling element is in the retention chamber.
