System coronary artery bypass grafting on a beating heart, used for anastomosing a bypass graft to the coronary artery, the system comprising: a pad (11) inflatable to turn a heart, for good exposure of the coronary artery and absorb the movement of the beating heart to provide a motion reduction anastomosis area in which the pad (11) is inflatable from a flexible and stretchable freely material; catheter (20) to provide perfusion to distal myocardial blood flow during the anastomosis of bypass graft, wherein the catheter (20) perfusion comprising: a part (24) of the stem having outer and inner diameters large; a portion (23) insert having small inner and outer diameters, the inner diameter (d) of said portion (23) of insertion 1/2 or less of the inner diameter of said portion (24) of the trunk, and being length of said portion (23) of insert 10 to 35 times the inner diameter (d) of said portion (23) of insertion; and a part (25) connection, which gradually changes the inner and outer diameters for connecting said portion (24) of the stem with this part (23) of insertion without difference in level between the inner and outer surfaces of said portion (24) or said trunk portion (23) and insertion of said portion (25) connectors; and a device (30) occlusion for compressing the coronary artery to perform a proximal and distal occlusion of anastomosis, to stop blood flow through the coronary artery to provide a field operation without blood during graft anastomosis bypass, wherein the device (30) comprises at least occluding a flexible tube (31) and a spring (33) provided at the rear end of said tube (31).
