System for dynamic assessment of the drainability of road pavements using computer vision techniques.; Designed to allow dynamically evaluate the drainability of road pavements measuring the amount of water sprayed on a plane (8) by a wheel (2) rotating up on the ground, in an area on which is projected a stream of water, the system uses a laser illuminator (3) and a digital camera (4) high resolution and speed of acquisition. The system is complemented with a device (1) for projecting water onto the pavement in the direction of the wheel (2) projecting water towards the plane illuminated by the laser. The water released by the wheel are illuminated when crossing the plane defined by the illumination laser. If the camera acquires an image of this plane, it will appear, differentiated from the rest, so that through a certain software is possible to determine the drainage capacity of the pavement.
