Method for determining whether a cell sample contains dysplastic or carcinómicas, the method comprising: a) contacting the sample with a solution of 5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis (carboxyphenyl) Profina (TCPP) under conditions permitting the binding TCPP to components of the dysplastic or carcinómicas, if present, wherein the solution of TCPP comprises the TCPP previously dissolved in alcohol base and diluted in a buffered aqueous solution; b) removing unbound TCPP from the sample; c) detecting TCPP fluorescence in the sample being indicative the presence of TCPP fluorescence of the sample contains dysplastic or carcinómicas cells.
