An apparatus combined panoramic photograph and CT scan comprising: an X-ray source part (110; 210) for generating X-rays; sensor part X (120; 220) rays having a panoramic sensor (121; 221) and a CT sensor (123; 223) for detecting X-rays generated from the part X-ray source and passing through a object; a rotating arm (140; 240) for arranging the X-ray source part (110; 210) and the part of X-ray detector (120; 220) therein so that they are opposed to each other; a support member of the swivel arm (150) for supporting the rotary arm (140; 240); and a means of driving of the rotary arm (160) interposed between the rotary arm (140; 240) and the member of the rotary support arm (150) for driving the rotary arm, wherein the panoramic sensor (121; 221) and the CT sensor (123; 223) are dedicated sensors respectively for panoramic photography and photography of TC; wherein the part of X-ray detector (120; 220) includes a first mounting portion detector (122; 222) for mounting the panoramic sensor (121; 221) in the pivot arm (140; 240) and a second mounting portion detector (124; 224) for mounting the CT sensor (123; 223) in the pivot arm (140; 240), wherein the first mounting portion detector (122; 222) and the second part of detector assembly (124; 224) are spaced apart in the direction of the source part X (110; 210) beams to the first mounting portion detector (122; 222) is positioned closer to the source part X-rays (110; 210) than the second mounting portion detector (124; 224) to provide different enlargement ratios predefined for panoramic photography and the CT photographing (a: b, a ': b'), in such enlargement ratios (a: b, a ': b') is defined as the ratio of a distance between a position of the object and the source part X rays (110; 210) with respect to a distance between the respective detector (121, 123; 221, 223) and the source part X (110 rays; 210).
