Trocar curved to thoracoscopy, composed of an outer rigid cannula and adequate internal stylet to be removed from said cannula, wherein the cannula has a short arm (1) extending by a curve (2) into an arm long (3) equipped with a system (4) for locking a handle, and in that the internal stylet is formed by a body (5) with locking spheres (6) anchored thereto, a conical tip (7) and a handle (8), respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of said body (5), wherein said areas (6) are suitable for holding the body (5) of the stylet firmly to the inner wall of said cannula.
