Use of a puree or fruit juice obtained from the fruit of acerola, a substance sugarless thereof, or unpure or fruit juice dehydrated obtained from the fruit of acerola, as an inhibitor of bacterial or agentebacteriostático growth against thermo acidophilic bacilli (BTA).
