A mobile ground leveling vehicle for leveling a corrugated floor surface, whose ground leveling vehicle comprises: - a vehicle body (15) with a first and second longitudinal sides front (7) and rear (17), - means of movement (10, 11, 20, 21) to move the vehicle, comprising means of frontal displacement (10, 11) mounted on the front (7) of the body of the vehicle (15) and means of rear displacement (20, 21) mounted on the rear (17) of the vehicle body (15); - a first vehicle drive (24) to drive the movement of the movement means (10, 11, 20, 21), - at least one tool of milling (3, 12) mounted on the body of the vehicle (15), the deforested tool (3, 12) being provided to make contact with the floor surface that needs to be leveled and to remove a quantity of soil material to achieve the degree desired leveling, the tool movement being activated of milling (3, 12) by a second drive (4, 14), characterized in that- the front displacement means (10, 11) comprise a first (10) and a second (11) oblong front displacement members respectively in the first and second opposite longitudinal sides of the body of the vehicle (15), whose first (10) and second (11) front displacement means extend the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and are rigid in the longitudinal direction, - the rear displacement means (20, 21) comprise a first (20) and a second (21) oblong rear displacement members mounted respectively on the first (20) and second (21) longitudinal sides of the vehicle body (15) transversely thereof, the first ( 20) and second (21) rear displacement members in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, - in which the first front (10) and rear (20) displacement members are mounted on a first rigid axle or extending longitudinally (1) of the vehicle body (15), and the second front (11) and rear (21) displacement member are mounted on a second rigid axis that extend longitudinally (2) of the vehicle body (15) .- in which the first members of frontal displacement (10) and posterior (20) on one side and the second members of frontal displacement (11) and posterior (21) on the other are provided to move on the same track - in which the rear displacement members (20, 21) are provided to move on a track that has been leveled by at least one milling tool (3, 12) to reduce the total up and down movement of the vehicle and the milling tool, - wherein the front and rear displacement members (10, 11, 20, 21) can be inclined relative to the body of the vehicle (15) in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
