The invention relates to polymer nanoparticles having an average size of less than 200 nm, comprising one or more biodegradable polymers, one or more active principles and at least one surfactant, in which at least one biodegradable polymer is poly(e-caprolactone) and at least one active principle is doxorubicin. The invention also relates to the use of said nanoparticles for the preparation of drugs for the treatment of cancer, preferably breast cancer.
