A solid pharmaceutical composition comprising at thiazolyl acid methyl ester [5S- (5R *, 8R *, 10R *, 11R *)] - 10- hydroxy-2-methyl-5- (l-methylethyl) -1- [2 - (l-methylethyl) -4-thiazolyl] -3,6-dioxo-8,11-bis (phenylmethyl) -2,4,7,12-tetraazatridecan-13-oic acid and a compound which allows the penetration of gastrointestinal fluid said composition, which is selected from the group comprising lossilicatos and silica oxide, and a process for the preparation of this composition, comprising a kneading step inthe which the rate and time of addition of solvent is strictly controlled.
