A method performed by at least one data processorexecuting stored, machine readable data comprises the steps ofgenerating data representing characteristics of a class of commonshares for a business venture; generating data representingcharacteristics of a class of preferred shares for the businessventure; generating data representing characteristics of at leastone of a shareholder contract agreement, a certificate ofincorporation, an offering memorandum, and a shareholder'sagreement, which data sets forth that the preferred shares and thecommon shares are issued as a unit of at least one preferred shareand at least one common share, and that each the unit is not to beseparated but shall be only sold, transferred or otherwise disposedof together as part of the unit until such time as each preferredshare in the unit is redeemed, and which data sets forth that thepreferred shares and the common shares are issued as a unit of atleast one preferred share and at least one common share, and thateach the unit is not to be separated but shall be only sold,transferred or otherwise disposed of together as part of the unituntil such time as each preferred share in the unit is redeemed;and storing the generated data representing characteristics of aclass of common shares, the generated data representingcharacteristics of a class of preferred shares, the generated datarepresenting characteristics of the at least one of a shareholdercontract agreement, a certificate of incorporation, an offeringmemorandum, and a shareholder's agreement, in non-transientcomputer readable medium or media.
