A training apparatus for executing pressurized training effectively and safely. The training apparatus is provided with constriction devices (100), a body apparatus (200), measurement apparatuses (300), and a control apparatus (400). Each constriction apparatus (100) is wound on a predetermined portion of an arm or leg. The constriction apparatus (100) is provided with an air-tight gas bag such that a fastening force to apply to the arm or leg can be varied by putting air into and out of the gas bag. The body apparatus (200) controls putting the air into and out of the gas bag. Each measurement apparatus (300) is attached to the arm or leg on which the constriction apparatus (100) is wound and measures the magnitude of pulse waves.
