Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a photoelectric transducer that can easily manufacture a photoelectric transducer comprising a terminal that is strongly bonded to a titanium electrode. The manufacturing method of a photoelectric transducer (100) comprises: a semiconductor-forming process for forming a porous oxide semiconductor layer (3) either on the surface of a catalyst layer (6) of a first electrode (10) containing both a metal plate (4) composed of either titanium or a metal alloy that includes titanium and the catalyst layer (6), or on the surface of a transparent conductor (1) of a second electrode (20) containing the transparent conductor (1); a dye-supporting process that causes the porous oxide semiconductor layer (3) to support a photosensitizing dye; a sealing process that surrounds and seals the porous oxide semiconductor layer (3) and an electrolyte (5) with a sealing material (14) between the first electrode (10) and the second electrode (20); and a terminal-forming process that forms a terminal (7) on the metal plate (4), wherein in the terminal-forming process, the terminal (7) is characterized by being formed when a high-melting-point solder is heated and fused while an ultrasonic wave is applied.
