Also two or more hatches 13 can be built into external shell I to simultaneously provide access to the dock in the harbor and to the external top deck 15. The liquid cargo ships can be made in any size with engine bay 9 and bridge in the front of the ship or being divided with bridge and command centre at a front of the ship and an engine bay 9 at a rear of the ship. To sail the said ships, the sails 21 outside a ship or an engine 9 bellow the internal deck 5, are provided, with a fuel, water, cargo and other provisions stored under the deck 5 with state rooms and command bridge on internal deck 5, and depending on the size of the said ship more then one internal deck can be integrated in ship's design. The size of the flippers 4 on the external shell I should correspond with a size of the ship and for a cargo transporting ships without windows the CCT cameras can be positioned in the front and rear of the said ships.
