Disclosed is a revolving striking practice device. The revolving striking practice device comprises: a punching ball; a supporting arm supporting the punching ball and being adjustable in length in a direction in which one end thereof extends, in order to adjust the striking intervals of the punching ball; a supporting bar rotatably supporting the other end of the supporting arm, and being vertically adjustable in order to adjust the striking height of the punching ball; and a base for supporting the supporting bar. A user can predict the moving path of the punching ball and thus easily strike the punching ball continuously.
