The present invention relates to a method for editing display content layers to be displayed in a digital signage. The method for editing display content layers to be displayed in a digital signage comprises the steps of: displaying a display window which includes a plurality of display areas, with a display management module; receiving the name and coordinates of an additional display area that are inputted through a user input unit and added to the display window, with a layer editing module; overlapping the additional display area corresponding to the coordinates of the received additional display area over the display window, with the layer editing module, and displaying the name and coordinates of the additional display area in the overlapped additional display area.
