The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for determining a voltage fluctuation of conductor potentials in an unearthed electrical network, wherein the network comprises a DC voltage intermediate circuit (6), an n-phase network (1) with an n-phase electrical load (2), where n ≥ 3, and at least one inverter (3) which is connected to the DC voltage intermediate circuit (6) and is intended to control the electrical load (2). The invention provides a neutral point (P1) at which the phases (U, V, W) of the n-phase network (1) are combined via impedances (Z1, Z2, Z3). A measuring device (19) for measuring a measurement voltage (UM) at the neutral point (P1) with respect to a reference potential is also provided, wherein the measurement voltage (UM) represents the voltage fluctuation of supply voltage potentials (T+, T-) of the DC voltage intermediate circuit (6) with respect to the reference potential.
