The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for determining a voltage fluctuation of conductor potentials in an unearthed electrical network, wherein the network comprises a DC voltage intermediate circuit (6), an n-phase network (1) with an n-phase electrical load (2), and at least one inverter (3) which is connected to the DC voltage intermediate circuit (6) and is intended to control the electrical load (2). The invention provides a voltage divider (30), in particular a symmetrical voltage divider, which is connected between supply voltage potentials (T+, T-) of the DC voltage intermediate circuit (6) and has a centre tap (M). A measuring device (31) for measuring a measurement voltage (UM) at the centre tap (M) of the voltage divider (30) is also provided, wherein the measurement voltage (UM) represents the voltage fluctuation of the supply voltage potentials (T+, T-) of the DC voltage intermediate circuit (6) with respect to a reference potential.
