SYSTEM FOR QUANTIFYING ASSIMILATION OF PHYSICAL WORKOUTS USING INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY

System that uses infrared thermography to provide professionals in the field of healthcare in general, and physical activity and sports in particular, with different objective temperature parameters of areas of the human body, obtaining information used to quantify assimilation of physical workouts to prevent injuries and objectively monitor them in relation to physical activity, sports and health. The system compares the information from zones on both sides of the body for this purpose.
