Traceability system using the RFID technology for containers of samples of biologic or organic material, called primary containers, and containers suited to transport them, called secondary containers, comprising a plurality of chips containing information regarding the same container and/or the sample contained therein, a data bank for said information, a plurality of openings or fixed identification areas located in passage and/or standstill positions of said chips on the corresponding containers, and wherein each one of said openings or identification areas in turn comprises at least one reading and/or writing device using the RFID UHF (Ultra High Frequency) technology.
