A signal high multiple frequency subdivision system for a dual- frequency laser interferometer based on moving comparison has a reference signal pre-process circuit (1), a measuring signal pre-process circuit (2), a phase discriminator (3), a saw-tooth generator (4), a double moving window comparison group (5) and a operation processing circuit (6). The signal output ends of the measuring signal pre-process circuit (2) and the reference signal pre-process circuit (1) are connected with the signal input ends of the phase discriminator (3) respectively. The phase discriminator (3), the saw-tooth generator (4), the double moving window comparison group (5) and the operation processing circuit (6) are connected in sequence. The signal high multiple frequency subdivision system produces high multiple frequency subdivided integer signal and decimal signal utilizing the double moving window comparison group (5), and the data are then processed by the operation processing circuit (6). The cycle and the phase information of signal of the dual-frequency interferometer are accurately measured with high resolution. The measurement accuracy of the dual-frequency laser interferometer measuring system is improved greatly.
