The radiographic interpretation education device (100) is provided with a radiographic image display unit (102) that displays an image for radiographic interpretation to a radiograph reader; a radiographic interpretation result-acquiring unit (103) that acquires the first radiographic interpretation result, which is the radiographic interpretation of the image for interpretation by the radiograph reader, and the radiographic interpretation time, which is the time required by the radiograph reader to interpret the image for interpretation; a radiographic interpretation result-evaluating unit (104) that evaluates whether the first radiographic interpretation result is correct or not by comparing the established diagnostic result for the image for interpretation with the first radiographic interpretation result acquired by the radiographic interpretation result-acquiring unit (103); and an instructional content attribute-selecting unit (105), which, when it is determined that the first radiographic interpretation result is incorrect, selects the attribute for the instructional content to be displayed to the radiograph reader on the basis of the radiographic interpretation time.
