Disclosed is an insole including a device for measuring an index of physical activity. More particularly, disclosed is a device for measuring the index of physical activity including a step counter, and an insole including the device. The insole can be used in various types of footwear such as dress shoes, sneakers, hiking boots, and functional shoes. The device for measuring the index of physical activity is manufactured in the form of a thin plate and includes a display unit such as a flexible LCD, a flexible LED, or e-paper, which is flexible yet unbreakable under a certain pressure, in order to display a measured value.
