45° ANGLE VALVE WITH INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CLOSURE COUPLED TO A SHIELDED REDUCER, ACTUATED BY A CROWN WHEEL AND PINION, CONTROLLED BY AN ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC MOTOR WITH PNEUTORQUE ASSISTANCE
A 45° angle valve with internal/external closure coupled to a shielded reducer, actuated by a crown wheel and pinion, controlled by an electric/hydraulic motor with pneutorque assistance, comprises a main body formed by a valve with a single cast receiving body which projects internally, forming a communicating chamber with an outlet positioned at an angle of 45° relative to the centre and an inlet aligned with the centre, to which body a seat is externally coupled, while internally the chamber has a chromium closing and grinding counter-seat attached to a longitudinal grinding shaft sliding through a connecting hole that is arranged at the other end of the outlet and has a diameter that abruptly increases on the outside, forming a socket accepting a square rubber ring, above which is located packing pressed into a box coupled to the collar of the receiving body, attached by screws and located inside a castle; the castle has on its outside a numerical scale and a pointer, below which there is an inspection port aligned with a retainer arranged inside the castle. The castle receives the coupling of a reducer comprising a main body formed by a box in which is arranged a crown wheel; the crown wheel is moved by a pinion attached to a control shaft of the reducer, actuated by an electric/hydraulic motor, a control wheel or a pneutorque device with an incorporated support in the front section thereof. The crown wheel is supported on a conical adjustment bearing, while the top section thereof is provided with a locking nut attached by screws that allow adjusting the centring bushing, which is centrally coupled to the crown wheel and provided in the bottom section thereof with an outer, conical adjustment bearing, and also receives the coupling of the longitudinal grinding shaft, at the end of which is arranged a grinding wheel, under which a locking nut is arranged. The control shaft of the reducer comprises a locking nut on the inner face of the box and is supported on horizontal adjustment bearings sealed by a bearing cover compressed by a locking nut and counter-locking nut. The box has on the outside thereof a locking rod and a sealing cover, while the control shaft of the reducer is flanked by holes for coupling to the support, the latter being attached to the locking rod by a chain.
