Provided is a stimulus signal generation device comprising: a brain activation data acquisition unit (103) for acquiring data related to the activation of the brain of a human body; a generation unit (101) for generating a stimulus signal which, in order to activate a specific region of the brain that activates to move a joint of the human body, is applied to a nerve corresponding to the specific region, with the stimulus signal being generated on the basis of a preset stimulus parameter or a stimulus parameter determined from data acquired by the brain activation data acquisition unit (103); and an output unit (102) for outputting the stimulus signal generated by the generation unit.
