Disclosed is a supercritical water treatment system for organic waste water with a high salt content, which has heat after the reaction fully recovered by a heat exchanger and also generates hot water; the liquid and gas after the reaction are separated and recovered by means of a gas-liquid separator (21); and an optimal supercritical water treatment method can be flexibly selected by controlling the rate of air flow according to the properties of various feedstocks. On the basis of retaining a tubular reactor, a baffled tank type reactor (13), with a catalyst box provided therein, is connected in parallel thereto, such that the treatment effects for ammonia nitrogen, etc., are improved by increasing the catalyst, and the conditions required for a supercritical reaction are reduced; a desalting buffer tank (14) is provided to achieve a batch desalting operation in a supercritical state; a pre-desalter (10) is provided to perform pre-desalination to the waste water before it enters the reactor. The system integrates the removal of COD, inorganic salts, and ammonia nitrogen, and integrates pre-treatment, mixing, and reaction of feedstocks, and the separation and collection of products, and it can be widely used in a harmless treatment process for pollutants, such as organic waste water with a high concentration which does not readily biodegrade, etc.
