The present invention relates to a variable mold device for a waterproof board for unit bathroom, and a waterproof board for a unit bathroom formed using same. More particularly, a purpose of the present invention is to easily and economically produce various sizes of waterproof bathroom boards using a single mold, by providing a variable mold device for a waterproof board for a unit bathroom, the variable mod device comprising: a main body part having a large rectangular planar shape, and including a stationary forming part protruding upward from one side of the top surface thereof, wherein the stationary forming part is laterally elongated; a pair of movable longitudinal forming parts longitudinally elongated on left and right sides of the top surface of the main body part, and having one side end in contact with the stationary forming part, wherein the movable longitudinal forming parts are movable back and forth in a direction where they face each other; and a movable lateral forming part disposed on the other side of the top surface of the main body part, and laterally elongated between the movable longitudinal forming parts, wherein the movable lateral forming part is able to move close to or away from the stationary forming part.
